Today, I want to tell you about one of my biggest money manifestations in business to date: How I manifested more than $20k in one launch.
It all started at the tail end of 2020, but came to fruition earlier this year.
In the post right before this one, I told you about the time I manifested a dream job that literally doubled my salary and gave me some of the coolest experiences I had in my career to date.
The Background Behind How I Manifested More Than $20k in One Launch
How I manifested more than $20k in one launch began with a move that surprised me. I decided to move BACK to that SAME city I thought I hated after living in DC for five years.
The difference was that I wasn’t scared in the least.
I had new intentions behind this decision that aligned with new goals.
After getting stuck inside for lockdown, I was sick of living in a city. The impossible cost of living, noises, and lights were driving me crazy. Now, I wanted peace, quiet, and proximity to nature.
And I wanted my money to go farther than it could in DC.
It was so hard to get ahead with the income from scaling my small business. I kept running out of the money I earned. That made it difficult for me to pay for consistent support, pay off debt, or build any savings.
So, we moved and got an apartment that was literally twice the size of our one bedroom in DC for HALF the price. It meant I could finally have an office!
Except I had had three back-to-back failed launches, so I couldn’t afford to furnish it.
Big Risks Mean Big Rewards
I worked off a box for an inflatable mattress for almost four months.
And right off the cusp of that last failed launch, I decided to rebrand around the concept of magic.
That was the choice that scared me.
I had spent so much time building up my brand as a reputable money mindset and business strategy coach.
It felt nuts to pivot.
But it also felt right.
I was afraid to use that kind of terminology—magic, witch, manifestation, etc. But the truth was that it conveyed my personality and coaching methods so much more accurately.
Because I truly believe that my unique brand of mindset+strategy really does create magic!
So, I jumped in feet-first.
Steps to How I Manifested More Than $20k in One Launch
I took new actions that I believed would get me a different result. After all, what I had been doing wasn’t working.
That looked like:
- A brand-new, sparkly photoshoot;
- Revamping all my offers to incorporate the mindset and magic I wanted to teach; and
- Using those terms I knew would polarize a lot of my existing audience.
And then I launched what became my signature offer, Practical Magic.
It didn’t sell out in the three weeks of launch like I planned. In fact, I only sold one seat.
Pushing Ahead Through Fear
Rather than backpedal, I raised the price and pushed the start date back by three weeks.
You know what happened?
I sold out to the tune of $26k in sales and $14k in cash that month.
I made $11k in sales/cash the month after.
I made $17.6k in sales and $5k in cash the month after that.
…and I finally bought a damn desk!
I used nearly the same strategies I had for the three launches before.
So, did I hit those numbers from a rebrand? Yes, technically.
Do I also think I manifested it? Absolutely.
I wouldn’t have had the right mindset to nail my sales calls without finding my authentic brand. That increased my confidence.
If I hadn’t been open to pushing back the start date, I might have given up AGAIN.
And if this rebrand had come before a move I made to give myself stability, I would have been so worried about how to pay my bills that I might not have raised those prices!
All the risks and mindset shifts I made up until then allowed me to become a match for those big-figure months.
Continuing to Trust My Intuition
As my mindset and embodiment continually align behind even bigger dreams, I see even more money each month. That includes:
- $10k pay-in-full clients,
- Low-ticket offers converting into higher-ticket clients,
- Viral social media posts,
- Writing opportunities,
- Media coverage, and more!
